Last sat night Daren cooked bah kut teh. Bah kut teh is a herbal soup cooked with pork ribs (bah = pork in hokkien). It is very famous in Klang, Malaysia. But Daren used to cook 'ji kut teh' (ji = chicken in hokkien) in New Zealand hehe.Our ingredients :1.
Bought it in Asian grocery shop2.
Pork ribs3.
Drumsticks4.
Mushrooms5. Garlics
6. Dark soy sauce, light soy sauce

哈哈!我煮的比较清淡,所以很简单。别人不是那么容易能接受我的煮法咯,因为对他们来说是‘完全没味道’ haha
