Bah kut teh

Last sat night Daren cooked bah kut teh. Bah kut teh is a herbal soup cooked with pork ribs (bah = pork in hokkien). It is very famous in Klang, Malaysia. But Daren used to cook 'ji kut teh' (ji = chicken in hokkien) in New Zealand hehe.

Our ingredients :

1.
Bought it in Asian grocery shop

2.
Pork ribs

3.
Drumsticks

4.
Mushrooms

5. Garlics

6. Dark soy sauce, light soy sauce

That time we did not put eggs as we already ate 2 eggs before dinner ^^ It will be more delicious if put bean curd but too bad could not find it here =(

哈哈!我煮的比较清淡,所以很简单。别人不是那么容易能接受我的煮法咯,因为对他们来说是‘完全没味道’ haha
