Egg flower soup (蛋花汤)

Our soup tonight - egg flower soup!! This was my first time cooking it and I succeeded!! Yay ^^

My ingredients :
1. 2 eggs, lightly beaten
2. 4 fishballs, cut into 8 pieces each
3. Peas, minced carrots and corns
4. Anchovies (江鱼子)
5. Salt

My simple methods :
1. Place the ingredients number 2,3&4 in a pot and boil them.
2. Reduce heat to a simmer and continue boiling for 20min.
3. Pour in the beaten eggs slowly while stirring the soup.
4. Add salt and serve.
( Daren added white pepper for his own soup as I don't really like it )


I can cook for my mum when I go back home ngek ngek ngek ~
