Second time : Soy sauce chickens, potatoes and mushrooms
My simple instructions :
1. Marinade the chickens with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and cornflour.
2. Fry garlic and ginger.
3. Add potatoes and mushrooms, fry them.
4. Add chicken and fry until golden brown.
5. Add seasoning ( oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, water and cornflour ).
6. Close lid, cook until the chickens are cooked thorough, add water if needed.
